Shipping Methods and Rates
* We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd and 3rd day shipping within
the United States and delivery confirmation via the USPS. Orders to Alaska,
Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO boxes and addresses outside of the US are shipped by USPS.
Duties may be charged on arrival.
* All orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS with delivery
confirmation.
* Add an additional $10 to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
* Call regarding shipping to military addresses.
* Orders are processed within 1-2 days. If you require
delivery by a particular date please email us to ensure your item arrives on
time. This may require an additional charge or using an express service such as
Next day, 2nd or 3rd day delivery.
* Shipping charged is subject to change due to size and
weight of the item(s) shipped.
* No orders will be shipped until payment is received. This
applies primarily to orders made without credit cards.
* Rush/Express delivery is only available for the Continental
Unites States.
* Please call for 2nd and 3rd day shipping rates.

Up to $25.00 - $7.50
$25.01 to $50.00 - $8.50
$50.01 to $100.00 - $10.00
$100.01 to $300.00 - 10% of total order
$300.01 to $500.00 - 8% of total order
Greater than $500.00 - FREE SHIPPING
* Orders for items in stock are normally shipped within 48
hours.
* Customers with orders for items not in stock will be
contacted with estimated ship times.

Credit Cards Accepted
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Please note, that any
non-credit card orders placed will not be shipped until payment has been
received.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for Returns & Exchanges
1.How do I return my order?
a. A Return Authorization Number is required prior to the
return of any item. Without this number, the return will be refused. This number
should be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package as well as on
the receipt sent back with the item. All unauthorized returns will be refused
and any packages returned without a return authorization number will be refused.
Refunds are for merchandise only, shipping & handling fees cannot be refunded.
b. If your item is postmarked within 7 days of the delivery
date it becomes eligible for return or exchange. If it is not postmarked within
that time frame then no returns or exchanges will be allowed.
c. All returns must be returned via a method that allows for
confirmation of delivery so we can ensure your item was received (Fedex, UPS,
Airborne, etc…)
d. Any returns that are not traceable or that cannot be
confirmed by their respective delivery service will not be credited.
e. The following items are not returnable:
1.Facial hair or any artificial hair
2.Wigs
3.Fake Teeth
4.Undergarments
5.Socks and Boots
6.Prosthetics
7.Makeup or cosmetics of any kind
8.Eyelashes
f. If it appears the item(s) have been altered, worn or used
in any way, the return will be refused.
g. All returns that have missing items or do not contain
original packing will be refused.
h. Please allow at least one week for the processing of
returns. Note that during the Halloween season (September through November)
processing items may take up to four to six weeks.
i. During the month of October, any and all returns will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived if the item
was shipped in error. No returns or exchanges will be allowed on items ordered
between October 15th and October 31st.
j. Only the cost of the item, not including shipping and
handling, will be refunded.
k. Any merchandise returned that does not conform to the
above guidelines will be refused at the discretion of Happy Daze Costumes, Inc.
Additionally a 15% restocking fee will apply.
